Web Hosting Cancellation Policy and Procedures

Please read the following policy related to the cancellation of an Algorithm Intelligence Inc. Web Hosting Plan:

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation of any plan can be made at any time as there are no long-term contracts to sign with Algorithm Intelligence Inc. Every Algorithm Intelligence Inc. Web hosting plan agreement is on a month-by-month basis.
• Algorithm Intelligence Inc. reserves the right to cancel any hosting plan, at no cost to the customer, when Algorithm Intelligence feels the content of the customer's Web sites are considered, hateful, lewd and/or pornographic. (Algorithm Intelligence Inc. refuses to host hateful, lewd and/or pornographic images or material of any kind.)
• Any hosting plan, cancelled by Algorithm Intelligence Inc., will only include the hosting services. Any domain name(s) registered by Algorithm Intelligence Inc. remains the property of the customer. If, however, the domain(s) are not moved to another location before the end of their 2 year registration, Algorithm Intelligence Inc. will allow the domain name registration to lapse, therefore, freeing the domain name to the public for purchase.

Monetary Exchange and Reimbursement Expectations

• Algorithm Intelligence Inc. will reimburse any and all monthly charges for the current month, paid by the customer, that are deemed monthly hosting charges.
• Algorithm Intelligence Inc. will reimburse and/or void any customer setup fees and/or charges if the customer's cancellation request is made within 72 hours from the time of order submission.
• Algorithm Intelligence Inc. will NOT reimburse customer setup fees and/or charges if the customer's cancellation request comes 72 hours after the time of order submission.
• Algorithm Intelligence Inc. will NOT reimburse customer's for the registration of any domain names. The customer will be sent the necessary information in order to move the domains to a new host, but will not be imbursed for the domains themselves. Any domain name(s) not claimed before the domain's expiration will be returned to the domain name provider in which it was registered from.

Please read the following Algorithm Intelligence cancellation methods and procedures. Not following these procedures could delay your cancellation process.

• The customer may contact Algorithm Intelligence Inc. by phone 520.834.6061 to make the cancellation. Customer's Name, and the name(s) of their domains will be necessary when calling in to cancel. Also, the customer must provide Algorithm Intelligence with their Algorithm Intelligence login information. Algorithm Intelligence will not be able to cancel the site without this information. In extreme cases, credit card numbers will be used to confirm the customer's identity.
•  The customer may contact Algorithm Intelligence Inc. by email customerservice@algorithmintelligence.com. In order for the cancellation to be carried out the email must contain the following information:
  • Customer's Name and/or Company Name
  • Domain(s) being hosted by Algorithm Intelligence
  • Type of plan, and login information for that plan. Login information needed for confirmation
  • Customer's telephone number and address used to setup the hosting environment

 If email is the selected method of cancellation, then Algorithm Intelligence Inc. reserves the right to contact the customer, by phone, and confirm their cancellation decision.
